Returns Information
All of the following sales items are final:
- International orders shipped to destinations outside the UK
- Custom made to order pieces.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges of any of the above items. If you have any questions about any piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at hairwear.jewellery@gmail.com We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.
Items must be in original, unworn condition, including original packaging, to be accepted for return. In the event of noncompliance, we reserve the right to deny the return and/or deduct a restocking or repair fee from any store credit or exchange.

However, if you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of the good being received. All products must be complete with packaging and in original condition.
All international returns should be clearly sent and labelled as 'return to sender' to ensure taxes and duties are not charged twice. If there are any duties or taxes this must be paid by the sender. We will not be able to accept any returns with unpaid taxes or duties.
DAMAGE & REPAIRS
In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email hairwear.jewellery@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
